LOCATION:
The Touch Up Salon is located at 204 S. Bois D'Arc St. in Downtown Forney. Parking is available in front of salon and anywhere in the downtown area.
SALON EXPERIENCE:
If you are a new guest, Welcome! You and your stylist will chat to get acquainted with you and your hair goals. Feel free to bring pictures of what you are wanting to achieve. Our stylist love inspiration pictures! At the closing of your appointment your stylist will provide you with advice and recommendations on how to achieve your look at home, we will also get you set up with your next appointment.
APPOINTMENT PREPARATION & ARRIVAL:
We highly recommend scheduling your appointment at least one week in advance to help ensure your preferred date, time, and service are available. Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed by your stylist. This allows us to provide the best possible service and ensures your appointment time is used efficiently.
BOOKING:
Book Online: Browse our available services, choose your preferred stylist, and select a date and time that works best for you. Online booking is available 24/7 and is the easiest way to see our current availability.

If you’re unsure which service to book, we’re always happy to help! When in doubt, give us a call or schedule a consultation so we can make sure you’re booked for the right service and the appropriate amount of time.
PRICING:
Service pricing may vary depending on the length, density, condition, and amount of product or time required for your hair. If your desired service requires additional time or products, your stylist will communicate any significant pricing changes with you whenever possible.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Providing adequate notice allows our team to adjust their schedules accordingly and gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another guest on our waitlist.We understand that some situations are unavoidable, and we will always do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency.
However, if a guest cancels or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice or does not show up for their scheduled appointment, a rescheduling fee may be required before a new appointment can be booked.
CHILDREN:
At The Touch Up Salon, we love children, some of our stylists are moms too! But for their safety, and the courtesy of other guest, we ask that prior arrangements be made for the care of your children, unless they have an appointment. As we would never want our own children unattended in a hazardous environment, (we routinely use chemicals, sharp objects and hot irons, waxes, etc.) we hope you understand that our policy is in place with you and your child's best interest in mind.
We also ask that only one guest allowed back with a child's appointment to ensure enough space for the stylist and team.
